Under the agreement between FinELib and Elsevier, corresponding authors can publish open access articles without an APC (article processing charge) in eligible Elsevier hybrid journals and hybrid journals that have transitioned to gold open access. There is a limited number of free open access articles available during the agreement period 2024-2025. University of Turku also subscribes to some additional Elsevier journals that are not included in FinELib consortium agreement. Unsolicited contributions of full length and brief communications dealing with both basic and applied studies in this field will be considered for publication pending scientific review to assure high quality. In addition, review articles of timely subjects will be solicited by the editors. Xenotransplantation is the journal for all those who wish to stay at the forefront of this fast developing and emerging field.

Avoimia artikkeleita voidaan julkaista rajoitettu määrä. Full OA -lehtien ja hybridilehtien artikkeleille on molemmille oma kiintiönsä.
FinELib consortium’s agreement with Wiley enables the corresponding authors to publish their articles open access in Wiley’s Full OA and hybrid journals during the agreement term 2025–2026. The agreement includes a limited number of articles. There is a separate quota for both Full OA and hybrid journal articles.
