The Read & Publish agreement negotiated between FinELib and Association for Computer Machinery for the agreement period 2025-2027 enables free open access publishing in ACM's journals, magazines, and conference proceedings. Corresponding authors do not need to pay APC (Article Processing Charge), as the costs of open access publishing are included in the agreement. The agreement covers the following article types: Research Article, Short Paper, Survey Article.
